Intensifying efforts to bolster its economy, China announced a series of business-friendly tax changes aimed at helping companies sell goods overseas. It was the third time since late summer that China has increased export tax rebates. The government also said it will eliminate export duties on some products after new data provided further evidence the economy is cooling. The adjustment in export tax rebates will apply to 3,770 goods, or about 27.9% of total exports, starting 1 December.
