At about 12:42 on May 18, a collision between a 120 ambulance and a small car occurred at a gas station intersection in Fengrong Street, Pulandian District, Dalian City. As a result, a staff member on the 120 ambulance died on the spot, and a patient was transported to the hospital. He died after medical rescue failed, and the driver of 120 ambulances was injured.
After testing, both drivers were ruled out as suspected of drunk driving or drug driving. Currently, the injured is being treated in the hospital and his life is not in danger. Cause of the accident is under further investigation.
