The reporter learned from the management committee of the Beitang Economic Zone that, the Beitang Community Service Center has been completed, with the ongoing completion acceptance, which is expected to be officially put into use in July.
The Beitang Core Area plans to cover an area of 13.1 square kilometers; the planed permanent resident population is 75,000. Currently, the principal part of the Beitang Returned Building Phase I Project has completely sealed the roofs; some would be delivered for use during the year. There will be 1,018 households moving back within the year. With headquarters economy’s settlement, residential projects’ development in succession, the population of Beitang Economic Zone will continue to gather. To this end, as one of the Community Service Centers in the New Area aimed at building the strong street and strong town included in the overall planning and construction, Beitang will accelerate the construction of the community service center, and provide services for the population entering the zone.
According to introduction, the Beitang Community Service Center is located in the Beitang corporate headquarters supporting area, with 6,100 square meters of planning land, and a construction area of 6,450 square meters. The overall construction of the Community Service Center is the framework structure, with one basement and two to four floors above the ground. The appearance design has modern fashion features, and environment-friendly function. It will become the Beitang Community Affairs Commission and carry out more than a dozen of work such as the management of civil affairs, subdistrict community’s administration, urban environmental management, judical services, employment services, and the migrant population management, and it will also set up the community’s party school, residents’ school, the senior-citizen center, the disabled center, calligraphy room, library and other learning places for cultural activities.
