The angel capital declaration of Tanggu S&T SME in Tianjin Binhai New Area was officially launched a few days ago. Within one month from now on, Tanggu S&T Departments will receive the enterprise reporting in Tianjin Binhai Productivity Promotion Center. After being audited and obtaining the project approval, the enterprise will receive non-reimbursable financial support of 100,000-300,000 yuan, with the highest of no more than 500,000.
Since 2011, the Tanggu Management Committee has established the Tanggu S&T SME angel capital, and the funds are raised by the Tanggu Management Committee mainly in the form of free grants to support the start-up SME. At the end of last year, Tanggu distributed the first batch of 11.79 million yuan in science and technology enterprises angel capital.
Conditions of declaring the angel capital projects
In accordance with the provisions of the practice approach, the enterprises declaring angel capital projects must meet the following requirements: being registered in Tanggu; conducting the business and tax declaration in Tanggu; early stage enterprises passing the S&T SME identification of Tianjin from September 18, 2010 to May 31, 2012. Enterprises have the annual sales income of 500,000- 5 million yuan in 2011; sales, revenue, tax revenue, profit are in a situation of the rapid growth or corporate annual sales revenue is less than 0.50 million in 2011, but with the good prospects of development, advanced scientific and technological achievements and the total project investment is not less than 5 million yuan.
