Minister for National Development Khaw Boon Wan will visit Tianjin and Beijing in China from 16 to 19 July.

 

He will visit the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city to see first-hand the progress of the project.

 

The minister will also meet Tianjin leaders, such as Party Secretary Zhang Gaoli and Tianjin Mayor Huang Xingguo, CPC Central Publicity Department Minister Liu Yunshan and the Minister for Housing and Urban-Rural Development Jiang Weixin.

 

Mr Khaw will be accompanied by officials from his ministry, as well as those from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Urban Redevelopment Authority.
