Macau Institute for Tourism Studies, ranked No. 1 for Bachelor level courses certified by the World Tourism Organization of the United Nation, had a successful launch of its plan for Tianjin's potential candidates on the 7th June. The Institute will participate to help educating local professionals endowed with international views and local service mind for international visitors.
Macau Institute for Tourism Studies was founded in 1995 as a public higher education organization in the Macau SAR. It serves not only Macau SAR but the whole Asia Pacific Region including China, offering Bachelor degree to new high school graduates on tourism and cultural heritage management areas. Intended high school graduates are qualified for application if obtained a score up to or above the first level standard of admission. Registration for application is open up to the 30th June at (http://www.ift.edu.mo/TW/IFT/Home/Index/43). Afterward, the institute will arrange an online interview in English. Scholarships are offered to qualified Chinese students.

It has courses for these disciplines: hospitality, tourism business, heritage management, events management, retail and marketing, leisure and entertainment, sports and recreation, creative and cultural studies and culinary arts.
