The framework agreement signing ceremony for Master Kong Holdings to buy office building at Tianjin TEDA MSD was held at Administrative Committee’s State Guest hall, August 14th, 2016. After signing the purchase intention on July of 2015 by two parties, they formally signed the agreement. Director of Administrative Committee Wang Sheng, Associate Counsel Jia Shouyue and Chairman of Master Kong Holdings Wei Yingzhou attended and witnessed the signing ceremony. General manager of Tianjin TEDA Development Co. Ltd Zhou Peijun and Chairman of Master Kong Holdings (north China) Zhang Baiqing signed the framework agreement on behalf of two parties.
According to the framework agreement, Master Kong Holdings will buy whole F3 & F4 two office buildings of TEDA MSD (approximate 38.5 thousand square meters) which to be used as new Headquarters at Tianjin TEDA. After these two buildings has been handed over, they are planned to hold Comprehensive administration, R&D, Exhibition and other functionalities of Master Kong Holdings, and meanwhile to attract more "large & powerful" companies to settle in Tianjin TEDA.
Master Kong stationed in TEDA on 1992, after 24 years of continuous development, Master Kong has already invested and established more than 25 enterprises, its business range covers instant noodle, convenience foods, beverage, catering, super market, food packing, relevant supporting industry chain and many other fields, it has already become the symbolic catering enterprise and made outstanding contributions to the economic development of TEAD. This time, buying new office buildings at TEDA shows their confidence in using TEDA as their Headquarters of this country.
