The Final round of the very first Marriott Chef Battle in China was completed in Beijing. 6 master chefs presented 12 signature dishes for 40 most influential F&B media and food bloggers, and Marriott International senior leaders. Chef Leo Cao from JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central was awarded as Winner with his signature dish of Braised Cod Ball in Pumpkin Soup. This initiative is to showcase the supreme culinary experience that Marriott hotels can offer to guests, and Marriott Chinese culinary of 'Authentic, Innovation, Locally grown & environmental friendly'.
