One of Martin Berasategui's most acclaimed , Chef Erlantz Gorostiza, has been invited to present a selection of the restaurant's signature dishes at Grill 79 from 3 June to 6 June 2017.
Chef Gorostiza is head of gastronomy at the Michelin two-starred M.B Restaurant -Abama Golf and Spa Resort in Tenerife. It is a dynamic space, with a team of young and experienced professionals from the world of catering. M.B is currently still the only establishment with two Michelin stars in the history of the Canary Islands. The Michelin Guide has awarded the restaurant its second star in recognition of its work on the spectacular balance between food, raw ingredients and good knowledge of its cuisine.
