The 3rd Dine Around with Marriott International Beijing & Tianjin Hotels Global Gourmet Features

As one of the nourishing and integrated culinary programs of the Marriott International Beijing and Tianjin Hotels, Dine Around will come into sight for the third year from May 24 to June 5, with the participation of 15 hotels in Beijing and 8 hotels in Tianjin.


On the evening of May 22, invited media and guests attended the launch party at the St. Regis Garden, savoring an array of delicacies presented by Beijing participating hotels. Whilst announcing the starting of the program, Mr. Wolfgang Boettcher, Area Vice President of Operations, North China, Marriott International invited all food lovers to join and Dine Around.


During this period, foodies can enjoy a series of special crafted menus, featuring authentic Italian, Japanese cuisine, regional Chinese delicacies and more. Take your steps along the journey and explore global cuisine across all the participating hotels in Beijing and Tianjin. All menus are at only RMB 188 per person per menu at each appointed restaurant as below. The hot deal could be purchased through ENJOY App conveniently and new users are entitled to receive a RMB 50 coupon for ENJOY.

Restaurant Destination: 1863 Bistro

This time, he designed a classic three-course menu for Marriott Dine Around diners, the main course is Grilled Salmon Steak with Baked Cherry Tomato and Green Bean Purée, selected Norwegian salmon is tender and delicious. Don't miss the Vanilla Mille Feuille Stuffed with Homemade Custard, a wonderfully appealing blend of flavors and textures - perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth at tea time or over coffee.

Executive Chef Alain Li has been working in Western Cuisine for 19 years, he is good at making Italian Cuisine, welcome to experience a four course set menu presented by Alain and his talented team, and indulge in a truly Italian atmosphere at Prego!

Set among pristine gardens, Sheraton Tianjin Hotel is a source of comfort and relaxation on your next trip to China's third largest city. Sheraton Tianjin's Cucina Grill is offering a new menu of the finest grilled cuts of meat and fresh seafood in an intimate Mediterranean setting. Along with our exclusive chef's grilled selection, the restaurant also serves a range of other Mediterranean style cuisine, including handmade pizzas, pastas and salads, along with the finest imported wines. Head Chef, Mr. Ji Meng prepared a three-course set menu for Marriott's Dine Around Initiative diners, "Sacher cake with whipping cream", a famous classic Viennese cake. It consists of chocolate sponge cake cut into three layers, between which apricot jam are thickly spread between the layers and on the top and sides of the cake. The Sacher cake is iced with a velvet-like chocolate and served with a side dish of whipped cream.
