Recommended as an amuse-bouche, Prosciutto San Daniele is a classical and ideal choice. It is produced only in the hilly Friuli-Venezia Giulia region around the town of San Daniele in Italy. Recognizable by its typical guitar-like shape, enhanced by the trotter, Prosciutto di San Daniele is made solely of the meat of pigs born and bred in Italy and sea salt. It is a natural food product with no additives or preservatives of any kind. It has a high nutritional value, and its high digestibility makes it suitable for any type of diet.
