Chef Yang arrives at Sheraton Tianjin Binhai with a rich wealth of Cantonese cuisine experience spanning more than 23 years gained across many five-star hotels, high end restaurants and catering for many celebrated banquet events.
As a Guangdong born chef, Chef Yang is a veteran of both traditional Cantonese and fusion cuisines. His passion, originality and creativity drive his enthusiasm to produce unique culinary creations exuding perfection on every plate.
Chef Yang is excited to be adding his special “wow” touches to your next meal in our Yue Chinese Restaurant. It will feel like you are dining with your head in the clouds at YUE from September. Chef Yang has great ambitions for the restaurant and is launching his new series of Cantonese signature dishes including “Boiled Prawn Balls in Chicken and Rice Broth”, “Braised Chicken and Handmade Gluten”, “Stir-fried Prawns with Spicy and Sour Sauce”, “Stir-fried Beef with Black Garlic”.
