With the growing volume of cyber-attacks, the Standing Committee of China’s National People’s Congress (“NPC”) passed China’s first Cybersecurity Law, which has taken effect from 1st June 2017. The new law will have a significant impact on your business in many ways, especially in data storage and transfer.
The European Chamber of Commerce Tianjin Chapter is pleased to welcome Michael Chang, Vice President of the Chamber to share with us his insightful knowledge and observations on the Cybersecurity Law. He will also interact with participants at the seminar after his presentation.

Mr. Michael Chang
Michael Chang graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunication with a Master of Science degree. In May 2017 he was elected as Vice President of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, he had previously held the role as Chair of the Chamber's ICT Working Group.
