Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin, Ornato Antunes has specially invited Oriana Tirabassi, Executive Sous Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka, to showcase the Italian flavors for guests in Tianjin from 18 to 21 October 2017.
Chef Oriana was born in Italy and she was a fashion designer before she donned the apron in a bid to pursue her passion for food. However, her journey in the culinary world had started very early as her grandmother and entire family were involved with food catering business. Chef Oriana has started her career as an owner Chef since 1986 in Ascoli Piceno province. Besides her She also got the award, Michelin magazine’s Woman of the year in 2003 in German, and “Best Italian Restaurant of the Year” in India in 2009 and 2010. She has been featuring her talent as a Celebrity Chef by media in Italy, France, German, U.S., India, Hong Kong, Indonesia and more.
