China Tianjin No 1 Iron & Steel Group in Tianjin has to LOI Thermprocess a subsidiary of LOI Italimpianti Group a contract for the installation of an HPH bell-type annealing granted for annealing Kaltbandstahlbunden.
The contract provides for the delivery of 17 bases, 8 mantles and 9 cooling hood with Wassersprühkühlung. In the bell-type furnaces can charge per batch weights up to max 125 tonne with max width of 2100 mm and max sack heights up to 5400 mm.
For the entire system corresponding annual capacities be 308,000 tonne for grades up to DDQ.
The new plant will be equipped with a Siemens PLC-control Type S7-300 and the host computer modern ProView.
Already in August 2010, it shall provide for the planning, is the new HPH-bell-type annealing LOI Italimpianti being put into operation.
