The 1st station: Welcome Cocktail at La Sala

The 2nd station: The creative appetizer "Crispy Chili Crab Meat Croquette & Chili Fresh Abalone" designed by Chinese Executive Chef Jacky Tang and Jin House Head Chef Danny Cai at Jin House Chinese Restaurant
The 3rd station: The amazing main course "Wagyu Beef Mbs 9, Daikon & Uni, Crispy Nori" presented by guest Chef Alexander Bjoerne and Executive Chef Cyril Calmet at Cielo Restaurant
The 4th station: The special cocktail "Golden Autumn" pairing with exquisite dessert crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Christy Tse.
