1Patrons are in for a treat this autumn with a new seasonal menu consulted by the famous Chef Tony Lu and crafted by Chef Danny Cai at the award-winning Jin House Chinese Restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin.

2“蟹上必是秋,秋来必有蟹。”天津四季酒店屡获嘉奖的津韵中餐厅,由国内著名中餐厨艺大师卢怿明长期顾问,监制每期新菜单和菜品研发,从新加坡特聘回国的驻店主厨蔡钢阳主理,从2019年9月30日起应季推出“秋食•蟹香”时令新菜单。继续秉承匠心功夫菜特色,在粤菜基础上取秋日趣物描形、汲时材河珍入味,令美食增添创意和秋季韵味。

As the only Cantonese and hotel restaurant in Tianjin received 2019 Dianping Black Pearl award, Jin House is well-known for its extraordinary Chinese fine-dining experience to guests. This “Autumn Hairy Crab Creations” menu features amazing delicacies including Steamed green egg white custard with sliced star garoupa fillets and hairy crab roe, Chilled yuzu hairy crab meat topped with uni and caviar, Deep-fried crab claw stuffed with hairy crab meat and almonds, Soy-braised pork dumpling filled with hair crab meat and crispy rice and more.

4此季闸蟹肥嫩鲜美,掰开蟹斗,见蟹壳金红琼浆微化,吸一口是甜腥的,吞下有极其”熨胃“的丝绒感,一口“可抵十年尘梦”。而有名厨坐镇主理,对食客来说更是品质的保证。此次“秋食•蟹香”新菜单包括翠塘蟹油溜星斑、柚子海胆蟹肉冻配鲟龙鱼子酱、杏片蟹粉百花酿蟹钳和红烧蟹粉狮子头等精雕细琢的时令美馔。
