2Led by the Italian Executive Chef Filippo and Cielo’s Head Chef Johnny, the sumptuous New Year's Eve Buffet Dinner at Cielo Western Restaurant features Lobster Thermidor, Steam Hairy Crab, Baked Oyster, King Crab, Steak Cuts, Salmon Sashimi, Peking Roasted Duck, Italian station, Hot Pot, free flow of selected wine, dessert house and exciting lucky draws.
 

Book before 30 Dec., 2019, can enjoy 15% early bird discount off the original CNY 888+15% per person. Valid during 17:30~21:00 on 31 Dec., 2019. Guest can also welcome the first day of the Year 2020 with a hearty brunch at CNY 488+15% per person during 12:00~14:30 on 1st Jan., 2020.

4In a White Italy-themed setting, Gusto Bar invites guest to immerse in the live performance by Jazzitude Duo band and enjoy sparkling wine or champagne free flow with delectable Italian snacks. Guest can spend the last moment of December 31, 2019 with the loved one and count down to the New Year together.
 

Gusto will also arrange lucky draw meant to bring good luck to guests for the new year ahead. From CNY 328+15%/person that valid from 8:00 pm on December 31, 2019 to 1:00 am on January 1, 2020.

6In a cheery, festive atmosphere, La Sala Lobby Lounge introduces the "Weiss Chocolate Festive Afternoon Tea" that designed by Executive Pastry Chef Christy Tse. Weiss Chocolate was founded in France since 1882 and enjoys a good reputation among Paris socialites. Guests can savor an exquisite set of tempting French style desserts including Weiss Aneo Chocolate White Coffee Chantilly with Chestnut Diplomat & Lingonberry Compote; Weiss Oryola Chocolate Mousse with Kumquat Confit & Salted Caramel Cremeux and Salted Crunchy Feuilletine, Weiss Oryola Chocolate Namelaka with Fig and more.
 

The afternoon tea set includes one cup of handmade coffee or tea with varied options for guest to select. CNY 378+15% for two that valid during December 16, 2019~February 29, 2020.

This “Winter Seasonal Recommendations” menu features amazing delicacies including Steamed Lobster with Aged ShaoXing Wine & Home-made Rice Noodles, Chilled Yellow Croaker with Caviar, Stewed Lamb Brisket with Minced Scallion and more.
