Beijing–Binhai intercity railway (Jingbin intercity railway), also known as the Second Beijing–Tianjin intercity railway is expected to run by the end of September, 2022. It will be about 182 kilometers long and connect Beijing with Tianjin's Binhai New Area and it also will be the first intercity railway connecting Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
 

Jingbin intercity railway will run from Beijing Sub-Center railway station to Binhai railway station. The first half of this project will be built as part of the Beijing–Tangshan intercity railway until Baodi South railway station, where the line branches south along new trackage to Tianjin. Together with the Beijing-Tangshan intercity railway, this railways forms part of a proposed regional 4 North-South lines, 4 East-West lines that form a network for fast commuter services across Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
 

It starts at Beijing Sub-Center railway station, which is located in Tongzhou District. And then it goes into Xianghe County, Hebei, and Baodi District, Tianjin. This project then deviates from Beijing-Tangshan ICR alignment to travel south through eastern Wuqing District, Ninghe District, Beichen District, Dongli District to a station at Tianjin Binhai International Airport until terminating in Binhai New Area.
 

After being opened to traffic, it will only take 57 minutes from Beijing to Tianjin Binhai New Area, 18 minutes from Baodi South Station to Beijing Station, and 32 minutes from Baodi to Tianjin Airport.
 

京津“第二城际”2022年9月底通车！

2月21日, 京滨铁路全线复工复产正式启动。预计2022年9月30日, 京滨高铁（京滨城际铁路）就能开通使用啦。
 

京滨铁路建设目前正在进行建筑方案征集，预计2020年下半年开工，2022年9月30日与京滨城际铁路同时开通使用。京津新城站是正式的铁路中间站，具备上下乘客的功能，车站设置人工购票和无人购票设施，与其他铁路车站功能相同。
 

滨海新区1小时直达北京

京滨高铁（京滨城际铁路）又称京津第二城际铁路。起自北京城市副中心站，经过燕郊站、大厂站、香河站、宝坻南站、宝坻周良站、北辰站、滨海国际机场站到达天津滨海新区滨海西站。线路长171.74Km，其中与京唐城际铁路共线段73.97Km，宝坻南站至滨海西站区段95.932Km。
 

京滨铁路最高设计时速350公里，建成通车后，北京直达天津滨海新区需57分钟，从宝坻南站到北京站仅需18分钟，宝坻到天津机场只需32分钟，大大提升了老百姓的出行效率。
 

同时，京滨高铁（京滨城际铁路）也将作为区域铁路网的组成部分，完善路网结构，通过向承德方向延伸，实现与京沈客运专线的衔接，形成天津与东北方向联系的一条新通道 。

滨海西站，原名滨海站，滨海西站集铁路客运、城市轨道、市区公交、出租车、私家车等多种交通方式为一体，是津秦客运专线上重要的综合交通枢纽。
 

滨海西站位于天津市滨海新区，是滨海新区最大的地面火车站，根据初步规划津秦高铁、环渤海城际、地铁Z2、B1、B3将在此相汇换乘。
 

滨海西站东临天津开发区和天津港，西邻高科技产业园区和开发区西区，距离滨海新区核心区约12km，距塘沽城区约5km。
 

滨海新区将形成由滨海站、滨海西站、滨海北站、滨海南站、塘沽站共同构成的五大高铁站格局。
 

滨海西站板块地铁B1线正在建设，它连接塘沽老城区和中央商务区，是一条外溢路线；滨海西站板块距离塘沽老城直线距离大约4KM，从板块去核心区并不远；滨海西站板块已经有形成商圈的基础了，比如奥特莱斯、红星美凯龙、滨海吾悦广场等。
