From February 22 to February 24, Tianjin report zero increase cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) within 42 hours for the first time.

On February 23th, the number of discharged patients in Tianjin Haihe Hospital reached 16 people. As of now, a total of 81 patients have been discharged in Tianjin, accounting for 60% of all confirmed patients.​

2020年2月23日0－24时，天津市报告新型冠状病毒肺炎新增确诊病例0例，新增危重型病例0例，新增重型病例0例，新增死亡病例0例，新增出院病例16例。

2月22日6时至2月23日24时，天津首次迎来连续42小时无新增确诊病例数。

截至2月23日24时，天津市累计报告新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例135例，危重型病例2例，重型病例15例，死亡病例3例，出院病例81例。其中：

确诊病例中，宝坻区60例、河东区15例、河北区12例、和平区6例、南开区6例、北辰区6例、河西区4例、宁河区4例、东丽区4例、西青区4例、滨海新区3例、红桥区2例、武清区2例、津南区1例、外地来津6例；

出院病例中，宝坻区26例、河北区10例、河东区10例、和平区5例、河西区4例、西青区4例、东丽区4例、北辰区3例、红桥区2例、南开区2例、滨海新区2例、武清区2例、津南区1例、宁河区1例、外地来津5例。

连日来，令人振奋的好消息接连从天津海河医院传来。2月23日下午，天津海河医院又有6名新冠肺炎患者治愈出院，23日全天，该院治愈患者出院人数达到16人，成为了迄今为止天津单日出院人数最多的一天。目前，天津新冠肺炎治愈患者已经达到了81人。
