Today at 11:20am, a major criminal case occurred in Heping District, Tianjin, near famous area of Ying Kou Dao.
A 67-year-old man wielded a knife to two young women at the cross of Yingkou Road and Guizhou Road, causing one die and another minor wound. After the incident, the old-man was discussing with several citizens and explain to them the reason of his action meantime a traffic police hold his hands.

The police dealt with it quickly and the suspect has been brought under control.
