The 78th imported case is a 34-year-old Chinese woman who lived in Manila, Philippine. The patient arrived at Tianjin Binhai International Airport by flight (PR314) from Manila, Philippines on Aug 19th.
 

The 79th imported case is a 23-year-old Chinese man who lived in Manila, Philippine. The patient took the same flight with 78th case patient and arrived at Tianjin Binhai International Airport on Aug 19th.
 

The 42th asymptomatic infection case is a 37-year-old staff who lived in Singapore.
 

So far, of all the 79 imported cases, 68 patients have been discharged upon recovery.11 patients still hospitalized.

天津新增2例境外输入确诊病例！
1例境外输入无症状感染者！

8月20日12时至18时，我市新增2例境外输入新冠肺炎确诊病例，累计报告境外输入确诊病例79例（中国籍72例、美国籍3例、菲律宾籍2例、法国籍1例、乌兹别克斯坦籍1例）, 治愈出院68例，在院11例（其中轻型6例，普通型5例）。
 

第78例境外输入确诊病例，女，34岁，中国籍，自由职业，居住地为菲律宾马尼拉。19日由菲律宾马尼拉乘坐航班（PR314次）抵达天津滨海国际机场，入境时体温36.4℃，申报无症状。经海关检疫排查采样后转送至宝坻区隔离点，20日新冠病毒核酸检测结果阳性。患者新冠病毒抗体IgM和IgG均为阳性，胸部CT显示两肺间质纹理增多，右肺中叶细索条影。经市专家组会诊确定为我市境外输入型新冠肺炎确诊病例（分型为轻型），即转至海河医院。全程实施闭环管理。
 

第79例境外输入确诊病例，男，23岁，中国籍，无业，居住地为菲律宾马尼拉。19日由菲律宾马尼拉乘坐航班（PR314次）抵达天津滨海国际机场，入境时体温36.4℃，申报无症状。经海关检疫排查采样后转送至宝坻区隔离点，20日新冠病毒核酸检测结果阳性。患者新冠病毒抗体IgM和IgG均为阳性，胸部CT显示两肺间质纹理增多，两肺下叶局部胸膜下浅淡磨玻璃密度影。经市专家组会诊确定为我市境外输入型新冠肺炎确诊病例（分型为轻型），即转至海河医院。全程实施闭环管理。
 

第42例无症状感染者，男，37岁，职员，中国籍，居住地为新加坡。19日由新加坡乘坐航班（TR138次）抵达天津滨海国际机场，入境时体温36.8℃，申报无症状。经海关检疫排查新冠抗体IgG阳性，经120转运至空港医院。20日新冠病毒核酸检测结果阳性。经市专家组确诊为我市无症状感染者，即在空港医院进行隔离医学观察。全程实施闭环管理。
