Tianjin reported a new asymptomatic case of COVID-19 on Monday afternoon.
 

According to the city's epidemic prevention and control headquarters, the patient is a 47-year-old male driver who drove to Hailian Frozen Food Co in the municipality's Binhai New Area and loaded frozen food on Nov 5.
 

A 38-year-old man, who works on a loading dock at the company, was confirmed as a COVID-19 case on Sunday.
 

On Sunday morning, staff members of the city's disease control and prevention center got in touch with the driver as a related contact with the confirmed case.
 

He was driving on the highway and was told to stop immediately at the Tangguantun service area in Jinghai district.
 

Then he was transported to the People's Hospital of Jinghai District by an ambulance for isolation and nucleic acid tests.
 

He tested positive for coronavirus two consecutive times but had no fever or cough.
 

He was then diagnosed as an asymptomatic case on Monday and has been transported to a designated hospital for treatment.
 

Staff members from the Jinghai district's disease control and prevention center are undergoing epidemiological investigation.

There were 1 local asymptomatic infection case, 1 imported case and 4 asymptomatic infection cases reported as of 9 of November.

The 90th asymptomatic infection case is a 7-year-old Chinese boy who lived in Seville, Spain. The patient took a flight (CA908) from Madrid, Spain, and arrived at Tianjin Binhai International Airport on November 8th.
 

The 91th asymptomatic infection case is a 5-year-old Chinese girl who lived in Seville, Spain. The patient took a flight (CA908) from Madrid, Spain, and arrived at Tianjin Binhai International Airport on November 8th.
 

The 92th asymptomatic infection case is a 12-year-old Chinese boy who lived in Seville, Spain. The patient took a flight (CA908) from Madrid, Spain, and arrived at Tianjin Binhai International Airport on November 8th.
 

So far, of all the 139 imported cases, 129 patients have been discharged upon recovery. 10 patients still hospitalized.

11月9日14时，从天津市防控指挥部获悉，天津新增1名无症状感染者，为货车司机，曾到本地新增的第138例确诊病例所工作的滨海新区中新生态城海联冷库拉货。
 

该无症状感染者，男，47岁，河南人，临时居住地为滨海新区临港路。在我市开展对第138例本土确诊病例流行病学调查中发现。张某某曾于11月5日上午11时左右驾驶货车到中新天津生态城海联冷库装载冷链货物， 11月7日，我市接到山东省德州市通报，称自我市发出的进口冷链食品新冠病毒核酸检测阳性。我市立即组织开展调查处置工作，发现涉事冷库为中新天津生态城海联冷库，遂即对包括货车司机在内的相关人员进行排查管控。11月8日上午，我市疾控部门与张某某取得联系，并按照疾控部门要求，停靠唐官屯服务区等候，后经120救护车转运至静海区人民医院进行核酸检测。11月8日至9日上午，张某某在静海区人民医院发热门诊隔离，经静海区人民医院采样核酸检测阳性，并再次采样送静海区疾控中心复核阳性。无发热、咳嗽等临床症状。随即将张某某由120救护车转运至天津市海河医院，经市级专家组研判，确诊为无症状感染者。张某某所到区域信息，已推送相关省市疾控部门。
 

11月9日14时至18时，我市新增境外输入新冠肺炎确诊病例1例，累计报告境外输入确诊病例139例（中国籍118例、美国籍3例、菲律宾籍8例、法国籍2例、乌兹别克斯坦籍1例、俄罗斯籍1例、乌克兰籍3例、哈萨克斯坦籍1例、委内瑞拉籍2例），治愈出院129例，在院10例（其中轻型2例，普通型8例）。　
 

第139例境外输入确诊病例，男，48岁，中国籍，近期居住地为西班牙塞维利亚。该患者自西班牙马德里乘航班（CA908），于11月8日抵达天津滨海国际机场，入境体温36.4℃，申报无症状。经海关检疫排查采样后，转送至南开区集中隔离医学观察点。当日海关实验室新冠病毒核酸检测结果为阳性，即由120救护车转送至海河医院。9日胸部CT示，左肺上叶磨玻璃密度结节影。经市级专家组综合分析确定为我市境外输入新冠肺炎确诊病例（普通型）。继续在海河医院治疗。全程实施闭环管理。
