There were 2 new imported cases and 1 new asymptomatic infection case reported in Tianjin as of 18 of February.
 

The 203th and 204th imported case patients both took the flight (CA934) from Paris, France, and arrived at Tianjin Binhai International Airport on February 4 and tested positive for Covid-19 on February 17th.
 

The 142th asymptomatic infection case patient tested positive for the Covid-19 in the Philippines in September 2020, and was quarantined for one month. After recovery, he took a flight (PR314) from Manila, the Philippines, and arrived at Tianjin Binhai International Airport on February 17th.
 

So far, of all the 204 imported cases, 190 patients have been discharged upon recovery. 14 patients still hospitalized.
 

- No imported suspected cases are undergoing test.
- No new locally transmitted cases or suspected cases were reported.
- 5 asymptomatic infection cases are undergoing medical observation right now
 

天津新增2+1！均为境外输入

2月17日18时至2月18日18时，我市新增2例境外输入新冠肺炎确诊病例，累计204例（在院14例，轻型4例，普通型10例，治愈出院190例；其中，中国籍182例、菲律宾籍8例、美国籍3例、乌克兰籍3例、法国籍2例、委内瑞拉籍2例、乌兹别克斯坦籍1例、俄罗斯籍1例、哈萨克斯坦籍1例，波兰籍1例）。
 

我市新增1例无症状感染者（境外输入，中国籍），累计142例（境外输入137例），其中，尚在医学观察5例（均为境外输入）、解除医学观察115例、转为确诊病例22例。
 

第203例境外输入新冠肺炎确诊病例，中国籍。该患者自法国巴黎乘坐航班（CA934），于2月4日抵达天津滨海国际机场。入境时体温正常，申报无异常。经海关检疫排查采样后，转送至西青区集中隔离医学观察点，隔离观察期间无不适表现。2月17日，新冠病毒鼻拭子核酸检测结果为阳性；2月18日市疾控中心复核仍为阳性，即由120救护车转送至海河医院就诊。患者胸CT示左肺上叶磨玻璃密度影。经市级专家组综合分析确定为我市境外输入新冠肺炎确诊病例（普通型）。全程实施闭环管理。

第142例新冠病毒无症状感染者（境外输入），中国籍。该患者2020年9月在菲律宾新冠病毒核酸检测为阳性，并集中隔离观察治疗约1个月；后复测新冠病毒核酸阴性、IgM抗体阴性并居家隔离；患者2021年2月15日当地新冠病毒核酸检测结果为阴性；2月17日自菲律宾马尼拉乘坐航班（PR314），于当日抵达天津滨海国际机场。入境时体温36.4℃，申报无异常。因其有既往病史，经海关检疫排查采样后，即由120救护车转送空港医院；2月18日，新冠病毒核酸检测结果为阳性，IgG抗体检测阳性，即由120救护车转送至海河医院就诊。经市级专家组综合分析确定为我市新冠病毒无症状感染者（境外输入）。全程实施闭环管理。
