There was 1newasymptomatic infection case reported in Tianjin as of 18 of May.
 

The 216th asymptomatic case is a Chinese who lived inthe United Statesrecently. The patient took flight (CA988) from Los Angeles, USA, and arrived at Tianjin Binhai International Airport on May 3. The patient has been transferred to the designated hospital for treatment after tested positive for COVID-19 on May 17th.
 

So far, of all the 241 imported cases, 235 patients have been discharged upon recovery. 6 patients still hospitalized.
 

- No imported suspected cases are undergoing test.
- No new locally transmitted cases or suspected cases were reported.
- 15 asymptomatic infection cases are undergoing medical observation right now
 

天津新增1例境外输入无症状感染者！

5月17日18时至18日18时，我市新增境外输入无症状感染者1例（美国输入，中国籍），累计216例（境外输入211例），尚在医学观察15例（均为境外输入）、解除医学观察173例、转为确诊病例28例。
 

第216例无症状感染者，中国籍，近期居住地为美国。该患者自美国洛杉矶乘坐航班（CA988），于5月3日抵达天津滨海国际机场，入境时体温正常，申报无异常。经海关检疫排查采样后，转送至滨海新区集中隔离医学观察点。5月10日新冠病毒特异性抗体IgM、IgG均为阳性；16日新冠病毒核酸检测结果为阳性，17日复查新冠病毒核酸检测结果亦为阳性，即由120救护车转送至海河医院就诊。经市级专家组综合分析确定为我市新冠病毒无症状感染者（境外输入）。全程实施闭环管理。
