The Chinese mainland on Sunday reported 38 new locally transmitted COVID-19 cases, the National Health Commission said in its daily report on Monday.
 

Of the new local cases, 28 were reported in Inner Mongolia, seven in Heilongjiang, two in Yunnan and one in Hebei.
 

Also reported were 23 new imported cases in seven provincial-level regions, according to the commission.
 

Harbin, capital of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, has designated three more neighborhoods as medium-risk areas for COVID-19 starting Sunday.
 

Harbin currently has 17 medium-risk areas across the city, according to the city's anti-epidemic headquarters.
 

The provincial health committee reported 10 locally transmitted COVID-19 cases on Saturday, all in Harbin. The province has a total of 29 local cases and one asymptomatic carrier, according to the committee.

12月5日0时至24时，31个省（自治区、直辖市）和新疆生产建设兵团报告新增确诊病例61例：
 

境外输入病例23例（广西9例，上海5例，云南4例，陕西2例，福建1例，山东1例，广东1例）；


本土病例38例（内蒙古28例，均在呼伦贝尔市；黑龙江7例，均在哈尔滨市；云南2例，均在德宏傣族景颇族自治州；河北1例，在石家庄市），含4例由无症状感染者转为确诊病例（均在内蒙古）。

当日无新增死亡病例。新增疑似病例1例，为境外输入病例（在上海）。
 

哈尔滨市新增5处中风险地区

哈尔滨市应对新冠肺炎疫情工作指挥部5日发布通告，根据国务院联防联控机制有关规定，经专家咨询组综合评估研判，市指挥部决定，自2021年12月5日12时起，将南岗区宣庆街55号院，香坊区珠江帝景小区、旭升街91号（哈汽501栋、哈汽503栋、哈锅55栋合围区域）、乐山路1号（科技公寓1号院、2号院、建北街56号、58号合围区域），松北区地恒托斯卡纳四期B23栋调整为中风险地区。其他地区风险等级不变。
 

哈尔滨市教育局5日发布消息，根据近期新冠肺炎疫情防控情况，自12月6日起道里、道外、南岗、香坊、平房、松北等6个区中小学校（含中职学校）及校外培训机构继续实行线上教学，托幼机构继续停园。恢复线下教学时间另行通知。
