Hebei District reported 1 locally transmitted COVID-19 case yesterday. The patient tested positive in the fever clinic of Tianjin No.4 Hospital.
The patient lives in Kunyunli, Wanghailou Street, Hebei District, and he has been to Jinnan District recently. Afterwards, he was isolated in a hotel in Hebei District in accordance with relevant regulations. During this period, three samples were taken, all of which were negative. He was released from isolation on January 15, and then participated in 2 nucleic acid tests of all staff in the city, and the results were all negative. Due to upper respiratory tract symptoms, he went to the fever clinic of the Fourth Central Hospital on the 26th, and the initial screening was positive. On the evening of the 26th, the re-examination by the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention was also positive.
Hebei District will carry out nucleic acid testing for all citizens in key areas on January 27.

All residents of Wanghailou Street and Jiangdu Road Street (Zengyin Road, Hongxing Road, Truth Road, Planning Taixing Road, Jiadong Road, Haimen Road enclosing area) (including foreigners and migrants).
The Chinese mainland on Wednesday recorded 25 locally transmitted COVID-19 cases, the National Health Commission said on Thursday.
Of the new local infections, six were reported in Zhejiang, five each in Beijing and Heilongjiang, four in Hebei, and one each in Tianjin, Shanghai, Henan, Xinjiang and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, according to the commission.
