Tianjin's public housing fund management agency said it to raise the ceiling on mortgage lending, from the previously 600,000 yuan to 800,000 yuan per household.
 

The policy change followed that of Beijing and Shanghai, where its counterpart lifted the mortgage limit by 20 percent to 600,000 yuan.
 

天津拟提高公积金贷款额度！

近日，天津市住房公积金管理中心发布关于《关于调整住房公积金有关政策的通知（征求意见稿）》公开征求意见的公告。《通知》拟规定：
 

职工连续足额缴存住房公积金满3个月，租赁我市保障性租赁住房的，职工本人及配偶可申请提取住房公积金，每月合计提取金额不超过当月支付的房租，且合计不超过2400元；
 

本市缴存职工申请个人住房公积金贷款购买家庭首套住房的，贷款最高限额80万元。
