Tianjin will start a new round of testing of its 14 million residents on 8:00am, November 5th after new cases of the highly-transmissible omicron variant were detected.

Street and town residents who implement static management should remain stationary until the test results come out. The rest residents can go to work, schools and other necessary trips as normal.

天津11月5日在全市范围开展核酸检测

11月5日（星期六）8时起，开展全域人员核酸检测。凡居住在我市的广大群众，采样前要在当时居住地保持原地静止，按照各区防控指挥部统一部署和街道（镇）、社区（村）组织安排，有序到指定地点进行核酸检测，不落一户、不漏一人。高中低风险区域和静态管理区域的居民，以及隔离管控人员要严格服从属地街道管理。其他区域居民采样后需持有本次核酸筛查采样证明和72小时核酸阴性证明（均可在天津数字防疫 APP 上查询）可安排必要出行。
