Tourists attacked by unidentified fish in SW China

Some tourists were bitten by unidentified creatures while swimming at Qiaogang Bathing Beach in Beihai City, Southwest China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Wednesday.
 

Videos from the scene show many tourists with bites on their legs or feet, bleeding profusely, and the beachside broadcast continuously reminds visitors to return to the shore immediately
 

The management office of the beach issued a notice on Thursday, stating that some tourists had been bitten by unidentified fish, and an investigation is currently underway to determine the specific cause.
 

All water-related activities at the beach have been suspended, according to the notice.
 

北海一浴场突发不明鱼类伤人事件

据侨港浴场管理处消息,8月16日下午,有游客在广西北海侨港浴场下海时疑似被不明鱼类咬伤,具体原因正在调查中,侨港浴场的一切涉水活动现已暂停。
