The first China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) will have 26% international exhibitors, with 36% of that group coming from Europe and the US, event organizer said on Monday.
Global companies from more than 50 countries and regions will participate in the event, Ren Hongbin, president of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), the event organizer.
Many of the Fortune Global 500 companies, the top 500 companies in China and China's top 500 private companies, as well as smaller but highly successful "hidden champions," will participate, jointly promoting international cooperation in industry and supply chains, Ren said.
The CISCE is set to be held in Beijing from November 28 to December 2. It is the world's first supply chain-themed national-level exhibition, with the aim of providing an international platform for advancing orderly and efficient industrial synergy across countries.
The exhibition area is expected to exceed 100,000 square meters, providing display spaces for domestic and international enterprises from five major chains - smart cars, green agriculture, clean energy, digital technology, and health and lifestyles.
