Recently, the Tianjin Public Security Bureau issued the "Tianjin Municipal Public Security Bureau Administrative Penalty Discretionary Standards" (Draft for Comments), which mentions that if smokers do not dissuade smokers in prohibited places and areas, the unit may be fined up to 5,000 yuan, and individuals in prohibited smoking places may be fined 5,000 yuan. Anyone who smokes in a place or area and refuses to be dissuaded may be fined not less than 50 yuan but not more than 200 yuan.
