This style of hotpot involves individual pots and heating elements, so each diner can chose his/her own aromatic, flavorful soup base and what to put in it.
There is a sauce counter where you can make your own dipping sauces from Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, coriander, garlic, scallion, sesame oil, Sa Cha sauce, chili, sesame butter, leek flower sauce, pickled tofu, peanut butter sauce, mustard sauce and more. Then grab a plate for your favorite vegetables and meat at the counter full of thinly sliced beef, pork, chicken, lamb, fish, prawns, scallops, beef balls, fish balls, chicken balls, mushrooms and vegetables. Remember, it is all you can eat, so no need to pile it up on the first run. You’ll have plenty of opportunities for seconds, thirds or even fourths if your appetite and belly are big enough.
You can ask the culinary team to prepare your soup from 10 different flavours of seafood soups, spicy soups, curry soups, beef soups and Chinese herbal soups. When your soup arrives, put some food in the pot and let it cook, remembering that vegetables will take less time than meat; after a while, fish the cooked food out with a ladle and put it into a sauce bowl with some soup if you want. Add new food to the pot, dip your cooked food in the sauce, and eat.
For those who like barbecue, drop by the grill station where the chef will prepare your choice of prime beef, lamb, chicken, sausage and fresh seafood to your liking.
Complete the dining experience by sampling a sweet dessert and fresh fruit.
