A one-thousand yuan award has set up in Tianjin to encourage enterprises and institutions to apply for patents, according to China’s Patent Law. This includes relevant service agencies offering consultant and other services for companies on patent application.
This award is especially aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises to accelerate their development. As for the enterprises and institutions applying for patent for the first time, incentive award is granted for them with CNY 1,000. Individual patent application is not included.
