Real estate developer Beijing Urban Construction Investment & Development’s (600266) subsidiary, Beijing Shoucheng Property, spent 291 million yuan on a 140,000-square meter land plot in Wuqing District, Tianjin, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.
In May, Shoucheng Property previously spent 639 million yuan on several land plots in Pinggu District in Beijing with total area of 217,300 square meters.
Beijing Urban Construction’s Chongqing subsidiary spent 474 million yuan to acquire tracts in Chongqing last month.
