The Sheraton Tianjin Hotel is one of the most prestigious hotels in Tianjin. For many years, the hotel’s team has been giving the community joyous and elegant moments that soon were to become traditions that expats happily join.

One of these traditions is the Tree-Lighting Ceremony, an event that hundreds of people attended last Friday, December 2. But what’s so special about this celebration? The fact that people feel welcomed and part of something greater. This year, the Sheraton organized an amazing auction. What were guests auctioning? Trips to St. Regis Sanya, BMW Model, Real Madrid jersey and many other breathtaking destinations that anyone would be more than lucky to travel to helped the Sheraton fight for a greater cause. All the funds collected from the auction, an outstanding total of 40,000 RMB, reverted to Jianhua Foundation special program. This year, many children that need special care and help will get what they wished for the most, specialised and quality care.
