The reporter learned from the project headquarter of Yujiapu hub station that, the civil works of the station is drawing to an end and the civil works of taxi parking lot will be completed within the first half of this year.
As we learned, Yujiapu hub station is the first wholly underground comprehensive transportation hub which includes inter-city railway station in North China. It has a total construction area of 270 thousand square meters. The 190-thousand-square-meter municipal supporting project which is undertook by Binhai New Area Construction & Investment Group Co., Ltd. includes five parts: the subsurface structure of rail transit Line B2, Line Z1 and Line Z4; the hub control center; the public parking lot; the taxi parking lot; and the bus center. Up till now, the open-cut section of Line Z1 and Z4 were finished; the 1st basements of main foundation pit and southeast foundation pit were completed and the 2nd basement is under construction; and 80% of the whole civil works has been completed.
