Speakers: 
Tom Yung:  Technical Expert of TÜV Rheinland Training and Consulting, Greater China 
He has more than 25 years' experience specialized in Integrated Management System and Lean Manufacturing. He has leaded many Quality and Productivity Improvement Projects, in automotive and manufacturing industries. He received a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Melbourne. 
  
Ray T. Lin:  Director of Quality Assurance and IT at New Wei San, a global automotive supplier which is part of the Meita group based in Taiwan. Ray is responsible for the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Management System and the Manufacturing Execution System in the Meita group while also being responsible for the quality management of the subsidiaries of the Meita group in India and France. Ray holds a master degree in mechanical engineering  from the University of Michigan. 
  
Arnd Slegers: Managing Director of IBS Industrial Business Software, a subsidiary of the IBS group based in Germany, a global provider of Manufacturing Execution Systems. He has 10 years of professional experience in the Automotive Manufacturing, IT, and Consulting industry. He received a master degree in economics from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.
