The Bar Freaks is a Swing’n’roll group that merges the sound of New Orleans, soul and rhythm’n’blues with French music.

 

Set up in 2007, the Bar Freaks offers a breath-taking, poetic show, always full of energy. Surrounded by a brass section, a brilliant pianist and a swinging double bass/drum duo, a word juggler sings stories, often heard around a drink, at a bar. This musical show, mixes up original staging, costumes, lights, and everything is done to highlight the characters from a fancy tavern where crazy people party is in progress... 

 

Enter the Bar Freaks’ world and discover a jazzy atmosphere that will soon change to rhythm’n’blues craziness... This night promises to be an unforgettable moment!

 

The Bar Freaks Chinese tour is organized by Alliance française network in China with the support of the city of Montpellier.
