Thomas has been flown in specifically for the occasion from his native Germany to host the German Good Food Fiesta from June 9th to 18th at Terrace Café Backyard Garden. Thomas personally will be serving authentic German delights, such as German Sausages and Pork Knuckles, complimented with fantastic German Wine and Beer. Each night during the German Food Fiesta you can enjoy live music performed by the hotel’s in-house band and they will be giving away wonderful door prizes throughout the weekend.
Thomas is a trained butcher and chef with almost 30 years of professional experience. He was trained by top-rated chefs in the world-renowned, five star hotel “Hessischer Hof” in Frankfurt and was announced “Master Chef” in 1999. During his professional career, Thomas has gained extensive international experience as a chef and kitchen manager whilst working in several leading five star hotels and large-scale catering firms.
