Hotel Nikko Tianjin New Year fish sashimi-cum-restaurant menu recommendation.
 

Hotel Nikko Tianjin invited about 60 media and guests on 6 December 2013 for their fish sashimi New Year’s menu.

Hotel General Manager Mr. Rutherford gave a brief opening speech to thank all the guests and media that were present, and to share some information on the origin and spread of fish sashimi, going as far as Singapore and Malaysia’s national tradition of new year's customs. The hotel hopes to use such a different and innovative New Year celebration to everyone get together to greet the New Year.

Otherwise, Tao Li Chinese restaurant offered more tasty and quality dishes, and the menu increased with more than 10 new dishes recently. The hotel Executive Chef introduced all new dishes and recent promotion activities. the Tao Li Chef showed the procedure of doing the two new dishes – Chinese Soup Meat Dumplings and Chef’s Barbecue at that night. The delicious dishes received praise by all guests. 

The hotel also prepared a fantastic raffle for guests.

At last, the hotel Manager caught fish with all guests, and everyone's enthusiasm was raised by the colourful fish. Guest added various condiments to the fish, each having a specific suitable seasoning, and everyone could be blessed by this fishing activity. The atmosphere was very vibrant.
