Established by Tianjin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Haihe Education Park Administrative Commission, the Haihe Education Park's College Student Entrepreneurship Incubation Park, the first public entrepreneurship space targeting the Internet industry in Tianjin, opened recently.

The park aims to establish a smart incubation platform for college students are interested in Internet entrepreneurship.

The park has 40 open work areas and is able to provide workspace for more than 60 corporations. Eligible corporations can enjoy free offices, air conditioning, and Internet.
In addition, the park also offers services such as business registration, legal consulting, financing, human resources, and accounting. The park aims to provide a low-cost, convenient, and complete open platform for micro, small, and medium sized Internet companies and individual Internet start-ups.

Furthermore, relying on the faculty from the China E-Commerce Association Big Data Institute, the park is able to provide professional guidance to entrepreneurs. Young entrepreneurs are able to access Internet entrepreneurship knowledge and corporation operations patterns.

Three batches and more than 200 college students have received training in the park. A total of 22 entrepreneurship teams have joined.
