9th June 2015, International Building Tianjin (complex of office and Somerset serviced residence), managed by Ascott, won the name of “5-Star Commercial Building” awarded by Heping District government. It is the 3rd consecutive year that International Building won this award.
Being the first complex of office building and serviced residence in Tianjin, International Building Tianjin maintains its high service standard for over 20 years, and being the leader among Tianjin’s commercial buildings. After Ascott’s acquisition in 2010, the global standard service was brought into this reputed building. Meanwhile, Ascott also invested a large amount of money on the renovation of office public area and the 36F of the serviced residence, which provide new apartments, gym and breakfast lounge. In order to meet the growing demand of parking lots, a new 10-floor vertical-lifting parking building was put into use in 2013.
