Executive Chef Ornato from The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin invited the famous Italian Chef Stefano from Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel and will present an anticipated Italian food event.
Chef Stefano started professional cooking studies in IPALB, Italy, where he became a certified Master Chef in Italian cuisine. He has over 23 years of experience specialized in planning, directing and managing fine dining Italian restaurant where he has been responsible for before. In 2012, he was awarded “Chef of the Year 2012” by Grand Hotel and the International Channel Shanghai. In the same year, the “ALTO VINO” Italian restaurant has been honoured “The Best Italian Restaurant 2012” by Voyage magazine.
The 6-day event will encompass a pizza cooking class on June 20, and a grand master buffet dinner from June 21 to June 25 specialty based on Italian cooking traditions, ingredients, featuring a culture of Italian gourmets.
