The Port Free Trade Zone has set up a leading group for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development to execute implementation plan for coordinated development and introduce “Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Action Plan for Implementation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development Strategy (2015-2020)”

Currently, Airport Economic Area has undertaken 8 classes of non-capital core function industries and projects including corporate headquarters, research institutions, industrial investment, etc. 212 projects settled after overall immigration including trade settlement center of China Aluminum International Engineering Corporation, pension community of China Life, Ping An Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd of China Ping An Group, business factoring project of China Shipping Group, production base of Biotech Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd, parallel import car of BAIC Motor Corporation, Naton Medical Technology Research Institute, the 53rd Institute of CETC, with aggregate investment of over 7 billion CNY. Airport land resources are intensively used to give play to stock space advantage of stand-by office building of 1.264 million square meters, standard factory building and warehouse and to guarantee settlement of undertaken capital projects.

In the second half, it will promote settlement of more than 30 intended investment projects, track over 400 scientific and technological innovation enterprises as well as Beijing manufacturing enterprises to strive to introduce more transfer projects.
