Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. VSH, +3.35% one of the world's largest manufacturers of discrete semiconductors and passive components, announces that its manufacturing facility in Tianjin is now fully operational and that all its product lines are back in operation.

Vishay owns and operates a manufacturing facility in Tianjin, China, which provides back-end packaging for some of its diodes product lines.  The shockwave of the explosion in the port of Tianjin on August 12, 2015 had resulted in some damage to the facility and caused a temporary shutdown.

At this time, it is not yet possible to quantify the negative impact of this temporary production shutdown on the revenues of the diodes segment in the third quarter of 2015. Vishay intends to update its guidance for the third quarter 2015 before its next earnings call.
