A member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Sun Chunlan, will visit Singapore from 18-21 of November.Â

Ms Sun is also Secretary of the CPC Tianjin Municipal Committee.Â
Â
It will be Ms Sun's first visit to Singapore in her current capacity.Â
Â
The visit is at the invitation of the Prime Minister's Office Lim Swee Say.Â

Ms Sun is expected to call on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Deputy Prime Minister, Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs Teo Chee Hean.Â

Ms Sun will attend a dinner, hosted by Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong and Minister Lim Swee Say.Â

On her itinerary are also visits to the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau, PSA Singapore and developments in the Marina Bay area.
