On the opening of our Spanish Food Festival on the 12th of October, which is also the National Day of Spain.

Spanish executive chef Jordi Villegas Serra has currently working at Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel. He is also president of the Spanish chef association in Asia, and he has been worked at many places around the world, such as San Sebastián, Barcelona, Paris, Dubai, London, and Hong Kong, he also has a wealth of experience in Michelin restaurants. He is prominent among a remarkable generation of chefs earning global recognition with Barcelona and Catalonia cuisine.
