The Bank of China Aviation (BOC Aviation) established a subsidiary in North China's harbor city of Tianjin and officially entered Tianjin Binhai New Area's Dongjiang Free Trade Port Zone on Nov 25.

Sun Chunlan, secretary of Tianjin's Municipal Party Committee, said that the Bank of China group (BOC) is a global 500 enterprise with a history going back over a century with a renowned reputation. BOC has been closely cooperating with Tianjin for a long time.

Sun added that the new subsidiary of BOC Aviation opening in Tianjin will push forward Tianjin's financing and leasing industry. Tianjin expects BOC to participate in the city's financial revolution and to provide further financial service support.

Huang Xingguo, mayor of Tianjin city, and Tian Guoli, chairman of BOC, together unveiled the new subsidiary of BOC Aviation in Tianjin. Cui Jindu, vice mayor of Tianjin city, and Chen Siqing, president of BOC, also signed a cooperation memo during the ceremony.Â
