The first phase of the 117th Canton Fair closed. The Tianjin delegation welcomed nearly 20,000 purchasers from all around the world and signed 230 million USD of initial contracts in five days.

 

The Tianjin delegation had a total of 138 exhibiting enterprises, among which eight were first time exhibitors. Major exhibitions included construction materials, chemical products, electronic and information products, new energy products, hardware tools, large sized machineries, electrical equipments, power equipments, bicycles, and automobile parts and accessories.

 

The products receiving the most contracts were hardware tools, construction and decoration materials, transportation tools, and new energy products. The top five enterprises were the Tianjin Elec-Mech International Trade Group (TEMIT), Golden Bridge Welding Materials, Tianjin Boyiheng Import and Export Trade Company, Tianjin Special Electric Motor Company, and Tianjin City Kainuo Industrial Company. First time exhibitors received more than 8 million USD.
